Summary: 4Front Ventures is a fast-moving national cannabis grower, distributor, and retailer headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. The Fertigation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing all irrigation and fertigation activities within the Worcester Cultivation facility, ensuring cannabis plants receive precise and timely water and nutrient delivery while supporting cultivation operations. Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain fertigation systems, including Dosatrons, reservoirs, and drip irrigation lines - Conduct routine system checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on irrigation equipment to ensure consistent performance - Monitor and collect runoff data to validate proper nutrient and water delivery, adjusting schedules as needed - Ensure open sprinkler irrigation schedules are delivering proper irrigation volumes aligned with plant growth stage and environmental demands - Maintain accurate logs of irrigation schedules, nutrient mixes, EC/PPM/pH levels, and corrective actions taken - Assist with all aspects of cultivation, including vegetative, flowering, and harvest operations - Participate in bucking, trimming, and plant handling whenever fertigation tasks are complete - Collaborate with cultivation leadership to align fertigation strategy with overall crop planning and production goals - Provide guidance and training to cultivation staff on fertigation practices and system operation - Model professional conduct, teamwork, and attention to detail, setting the standard for cultivation teams - Perform overtime work as needed during critical growth cycles, emergencies, or system failures - Support compliance with CCC regulations and company SOPs relating to nutrient storage, environmental discharge, and plant health standards - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Required Qualifications: - 21+ and currently residing in the USA - Advanced Communication, Math, Organizational, and Computer Skills - Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (ability to obtain upon hire) - Associate Degree or Industry Training Equivalent Preferred Qualifications: - Horticulture and/or Agricultural Experience, 2+ years - Supervisor Experience, 1+ years - Cannabis Industry Experience, 1+ years Required Skills: Fertigation systems operation, Dosatron systems, Irrigation systems maintenance, Runoff data monitoring, Nutrient delivery management, EC/PPM/pH level monitoring, Cannabis cultivation, Vegetative and flowering operations, Harvest operations, Bucking and trimming, Compliance with CCC regulations, Nutrient storage management Benefits: Employee Discounts (one of the highest in the industry), Health, Vision, Dental Benefits, Sick Pay/PTO Accrual, Parental/Maternity Leave, Employee Assistance Program, Holiday Pay (if required to work on select days), Career Development, Advancement Opportunities
