The Undergraduate Sales, Marketing & Analytics Intern will work on projects that represent real challenges faced by 3M's business units, gaining exposure to many facets of the company while developing project management skills. Responsibilities: - Working on projects that represent real customer challenges faced by 3M’s business units - Taking advantage of initial and ongoing training opportunities and exposure to senior leadership - Developing and displaying effective project management skills - Sales Support & Channel Outreach: prospect research; lead qualification; outreach content development; channel partner coordination; sample and feedback tracking; competitive assessments - Marketing Support: competitor positioning analysis; pricing trend review; product promotion support; campaign execution; communication with channel partners - Analytics & Reporting: sales performance analysis; dashboard development; business metric reporting; insight generation and presentation to internal teams - Execution & Measurement/Project Management: Support special projects, strategic initiatives, program implementation, measurement, and optimization strategies Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, or higher, from an accredited institution Preferred Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Marketing or Business Analytics from an accredited institution - Completed a minimum of junior year (6 semesters) by the start of the internship - Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale - Completion of two of the required class in the major, minor or concentration - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI - Familiarity with CRM or sales intelligence platforms Required Skills: Marketing, Business Analytics, Project Management Important Skills: Microsoft Excel, Data Visualization, CRM Platforms Benefits: Housing and transportation stipend, Programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially
