The Opportunity:

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent within the IT technology domain, particularly in Embedded Systems, IoT, VLSI, Chip Design, and Semiconductor Engineering.

Designation:

Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter - IT Tech - Cloud / Generative AI / Digital / Data // Pan India ( Remote / Hybrid )

Location:

Pan India (Remote / Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess technical skills.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the IT Technology Recruitment landscape, especially in the areas of Cloud / Generative AI / Digital / Data.
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
