The Developer Intern will work with the Insights team to develop features, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful reporting and actionable insights. Responsibilities: - Develop features end-to-end, encompassing backend logic, data storage, and frontend UI - Participate in code reviews, both receiving feedback on your own work and providing constructive comments on peers' work - Collaborate with cross-functional partners like Product, Design, and other Software Development teams Required Qualifications: - Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion - Humility: You're not afraid to ask 'stupid' questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them) - Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are - Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
