Job Description
Summary: 18 Degrees Family Services for Western Massachusetts supports children and families through community-based services and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. The PAT Home Visitor partners with parents of young children in Berkshire County to deliver the evidence-based Parents as Teachers program, engage diverse families, track data, and connect families with community resources.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with parents to facilitate evidence-based program (Parents as Teachers) to families with young children in Berkshire County
- The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the immigrant and cultural aspects of a diverse community
- Relevant experience in the human service field desired, lived experience may substitute
- Knowledge of child development and parenting, ability to engage and partner with all families, data tracking and partnership with community resources important
- Fluency in English and Spanish necessary
