Responsibilities Verify invoices and help the parts drivers in the morning load the trucks Return parts, file damage claims and complete core credits Take return parts back to each stock room, ensuring it has a location Move cores to the cores area Assist customers who are looking for a credit of a returned part File damage claims & ensure we received the money back from the manufacture Pull obsolete parts to send back to manufacture or scrap them Prepare shipments for cores or returns Cleaning up the cardboard & the work area and ensuring the walkway is clean and free of debris Handling cores with customers making sure they are returned correctly Maintain professional appearance Other tasks as assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director, or other managers Qualifications High school diploma or the equivalent Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Tech savvy and comfortable with computers Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred Great work ethic with and ability to work on a team Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Current and valid driver's license We welcome all replies in strict confidence.
