Every week you spend hand-filling applications is a week off your authorization window. Tsenta watches 50,000+ company career pages, detects a matching role the moment it goes live, and submits a tailored application through the real portal in 2-3 seconds. You keep studying. The agent keeps applying.
Set your preferences once, including your work authorization. The agent runs from there.
International students end up running two tools that each solve half the problem, and paying for both.
Sponsor-database tools tell you which companies might sponsor. That is genuinely useful, and then it stops. You still open every career page yourself, create an account on every employer portal, and hand-fill every form. A long list of sponsor companies is not progress if you can still only submit a handful of applications in an evening.
Generic auto-apply tools submit for you, but they were not built with your situation in mind. They mishandle the work-authorization questions, guessing or skipping the two questions that decide whether an F-1 application is read at all. An application filed fast with the wrong authorization answer is worse than no application, because it gets you filtered out silently.
Tsenta does both halves. It finds the role and submits the complete application, with your authorization status answered the same correct way on every form.
Roles, locations, salary floor, and your work authorization status. About 10 minutes, one time. Tsenta carries those answers into every form it fills after that, so you are not retyping your authorization status a hundred times.
Tsenta watches company career pages directly rather than waiting for listings to syndicate to job boards. When a role matching your preferences goes live, Tsenta sees it immediately and queues it.
Tsenta reads the actual job description, identifies what the employer system and the recruiter are screening for, and aligns your resume to it. Every change is shown to you before anything is sent. Applications use only true facts from the resume you uploaded.
Not a prefill, the whole form. Tsenta navigates the employer portal, answers the work-authorization questions, writes the open-ended responses in your voice, uploads your resume and cover letter, and submits. You get a receipt showing every field filled, every answer given, the resume version sent, and the timestamp.
When a recruiter responds, the reply is matched to the right application on its own. Your tracker moves from applied to viewed to replied to scheduled without a spreadsheet in the middle.
A domestic candidate who applies slowly loses a few weeks. On F-1 or OPT, the same few weeks come out of a fixed authorization window that does not reset. Tsenta detects a matching role and submits in 2-3 seconds, which is the difference between being early in a recruiter's queue and being buried in it.
Tsenta applies through 30+ employer application systems end to end. Workday alone accounts for roughly 40% of real jobs at large companies, and it is where most auto-apply tools break, because its multi-page forms and account creation defeat a simple form filler. Tsenta handles it.
Almost every US application form asks whether you are authorized to work and whether you will require sponsorship now or in the future. A generic auto-apply tool that guesses these, or leaves them blank, gets an F-1 applicant filtered out before a human ever reads the resume. Tsenta answers them from the authorization status you set during onboarding, consistently, on every form.
Tsenta surfaces the sponsorship signals it knows about for a role or a company. It does not guarantee any company's sponsorship decision, and no tool honestly can. Sponsorship is a decision an employer makes about a specific candidate for a specific role, often after the interview. What Tsenta controls is that your application is in front of them, complete and correct, early.

To be straight about the comparison: Tsenta does not run a sponsorship-filing database the way FrogHire and F1Work do. If what you want is the deepest possible record of which companies have filed petitions in the past, those tools are built for that and Tsenta is not a replacement for them. What Tsenta runs is the application itself, which is the part those tools leave to you. Plenty of people use one of each. Cells marked "Not compared" are ones we have not independently verified rather than claims about those products.

There is no feature gate between plans. The agent, the resume tailoring, the work-authorization handling, and the receipts are identical on every tier, so the only question is how much volume you want inside your window.
Pro, at 1,500 applications per 30-day cycle, is the most popular plan. Only successful submissions consume your allowance, because skipped and failed applications are refunded, and allowances do not roll over between cycles.
Enough for a real job search.
For the desperate, the laid-off, the OPT-clocked.
Hit every match before anyone else.
Tsenta applies. Recruiters decide. We control the form, not the call.
