Payments & Records Operations Specialist - Hybrid

The Payments & Records Operations Specialist will support the records management function and payment operations, ensuring compliance and a seamless member experience. Responsibilities: - Scan, index, and maintain records in compliance with retention policies and regulatory requirements - Process returned mail and prepare records for secure off-site storage - Support digital banking operations, including mobile deposits and wire transfers - Respond to online banking inquiries and assist with member-related requests - Assist with card services, fraud monitoring, and dispute support - Audit and upload loan and account documentation - Support quality assurance processes and internal compliance efforts - Partner with internal teams to fulfill document and record requests Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required - Strong attention to detail and organization - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - High level of integrity and confidentiality - Familiarity with financial services operations or willingness to learn - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems Preferred Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or similar role preferred - Basic understanding of regulatory/compliance environments is a plus Required Skills: Financial services operations, Regulatory compliance, Records management, Digital banking operations, Card services, Fraud monitoring, Quality assurance, Microsoft Office Benefits: Tuition reimbursement, Company outings, Potlucks, Festive holiday parties, Paid birthday off, Volunteer opportunities
