对零售终端、消费者线下触点有基本理解和敏感度。
能同时高效推进多个营销项目,确保细节与时间线
善于与内外部多方(总部市场、区域、供应商)沟通协作,推动项目进展。
对品牌视觉规范有良好认知,能判断物料是否符合品牌调性。
优秀的英文沟通能力能参与跨国会议
Education
Bachelor'sdegree or above preferred,majors in marketing,communication,brand management,or related fields preferred;For exceptionally outstanding students, the academic requirement isrelaxed down tothe junior college degree.
Experience
Over 3years of experience in high-end retail,service experience,or branded stores Background in optometry or consumer goods industry is preferred

岗位使命:围绕 ZVC 门店形态,持续优化和验证蔡司高端零售体验与服务模式,支持体验创新与可复制实践的沉淀。
1. 深度参与设计与优化:参与ZVC门店体验标准、服务流程的前期设计与持续迭代优化。2. 示范店运营支持:深度支持ZVC示范店及创新试点的日常运营,确保体验标准在每一个细节的执行。
3. 一线洞察收集:通过驻店、访谈、数据分析等方式,收集消费者与员工的一手反馈,形成结构化的体验优化建议。
4. 跨团队协同落地:协同设计、工程、运营及赋能团队,共同解决ZVC落地过程中的挑战,推动体验完美呈现。
5. 知识资产沉淀:系统化总结ZVC的实践经验、成功案例与避坑指南,形成可向ZVP/ZVE等店型复制的知识包。
6. 其他上级安排的相关任务。
JobMission:Continuouslyoptimize and validateZeiss's high-endretailexperienceandservicemodelaroundtheZVCstoreformat,supportingexperienceinnovationand replicable practice accumulation. 1.Deep Involvement in Design and Optimization:Participate in the early design and continuous iteration optimization of ZVC store experience standards and service processes.2.Demonstration Store Operation Support:Deeply support the daily operations of ZVC demonstration stores and innovative pilots,ensuring that experience standards are implemented in every detail.3.Frontline Insight Collection:Through in-store visits,interviews,and data analysis,collect firsthand feedback from consumers and employees to form structured experience optimization suggestions.4.Cross-Team Collaboration:Collaborate with design,engineering,operations,and empowerment teams to jointly address challenges during ZVC implementation and deliver aseamless experience.5.Knowledge Asset Accumulation:Systematically summarize ZVC'spractical experience,success stories,and pitfall prevention guides,forming a knowledge package that can be replicated for store types such as ZVP and ZVE.6.Otherrelatedtasksassignedbyhigherauthorities.
