You Will
- Own end-to-end KOL and influencer campaigns in Thailand — from creator identification and briefing to negotiation, content production, publishing, and post-campaign reporting.
- Build and grow YouTrip's KOL network across all tiers (mega, macro, micro, and nano), nurturing long-term relationships with bloggers, creators, and content partners that go beyond one-off campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms) to drive new user acquisition and brand visibility in the Thai market.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, track KOL and media ROI, and translate results into actionable insights for the next campaign — working closely with the Performance Marketing team and Regional team on data, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage and optimize the media and influencer budget to deliver efficient cost-per-acquisition, strong engagement, and clear ROI across every channel.
- Develop creative briefs and campaign concepts for KOL collaborations and paid media, ensuring content resonates with the Thai audience while staying true to YouTrip's brand.
- Negotiate KOL rates, deliverables, and contracts — securing strong commercial terms and clear scopes that protect both sides.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies, platforms, and KOL management agencies, holding them accountable to timelines, quality, and performance.
- Stay on top of Thailand's influencer and media landscape — emerging creators, trending content formats, platform updates, and shifts in consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with in-house design and creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaign assets across all channels.
- Support the Campaign Manager in monthly planning, always-on promotions, and partnership campaigns by leading the KOL and media workstream.
You Are
- You are a KOL and influencer marketing specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns in Thailand, backed by a strong network of creators, agencies, and platform partners.
- You are experienced in planning and executing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms, with a solid understanding of key performance metrics including CPA, CPM, CTR, engagement, and conversion performance.
- You are highly data-driven and comfortable analyzing performance dashboards to optimize budgets, content, and media efficiency. You know how to identify high-performing content, understand what resonates with Thai audiences, and provide clear, actionable briefs to creators.
- You remain calm and professional under pressure, handling last-minute changes, tight deadlines, and difficult conversations with steady judgment and composure.
- You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple creators, timelines, contracts, and deliverables simultaneously without compromising quality or attention to detail.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English, enabling you to work effectively across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- You set clear objectives for every campaign, take ownership of outcomes, and evaluate performance honestly — recognizing both successes and areas for improvement.
