The OperationsSpecialist supports the day-to-day execution of supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand(ANZ).This role is responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, system integrity, and effective coordination across internal teams,3PL providers,logistics partners, and vendors.
Working across multiple systems (including ERP/WMSplatforms such asCin7 Core, Mainchain, andRed Prairie),the role plays a critical part in maintaining data accuracy, resolving operational issues, and supporting the flow of goods through the supply chain.
This role is critical in enabling reliable product availability, supporting service levels, and deliveringseamlesscustomer experience acrossANZ.
Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound supply chain operations acrossANZ.
Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and 3PL providers to support efficient movement of goods, including shipment planning, documentation, and domestic transport (e.g., wharf cartage).
Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders (POs)within our ERP and WMS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational timelines.
Support exportoperations, including documentation and coordination of shipments.
Coordinateongoingvalue-added services (VAS)requirementsand reworkwithin 3PLs,ensuringprocessadherenceand accuracy.
Review andmanageoutbound orderstosupport fulfilment execution across ANZ, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to maintain service levels.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems and operational activities, escalating where required.
Maintain high levels of data accuracy across ERP and warehouse management systems, including order, inventory, and shipment data.
Support operational workflows for returned inventory, ensuringalignment betweensystemrecordsand physical stock.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Attributes:
2+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics execution.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g.,Cin7or similar inventory/PO systems).
Familiarity with inbound logistics, customs processes, or freight coordinationhighly regarded
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Executes defined processes with accuracy and consistency.
Identifies issues and escalates or resolves within established frameworks.
Builds effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contributes to operational improvements and processoptimization.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively acrossinternalteams and with external partners.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
