Job Description
Summary: WOW Carwash is a recognized leader in the car wash industry, known for providing exceptional service in Las Vegas. The Guest Service Representative will focus on creating guest loyalty, managing memberships, and ensuring a positive relationship with the community.
Responsibilities:
- Increase Guest satisfaction by cultivating and maintaining Guest relationships
- Use strong interpersonal communication skills to engage with Guests and address concerns
- Manage monthly memberships, including renewals, upselling, retention, and reducing churn
- Proactively reach out to Guests to address retention opportunities and identify membership solutions
- Identify and pursue new fleet account opportunities through community outreach and business development
- Manage existing fleet accounts, including onboarding clients, ensuring high satisfaction, and addressing fleet-related inquiries
- Coordinate fleet membership updates, resolve issues, and manage billing details
- Respond appropriately (phone, email & social) to Guest comments, concerns, and suggestions
- Ensure that each Guest receives a WOW Carwash best-in-class service experience
- Act as a WOW Carwash expert when educating about our products and services, including membership tiers and fleet options
- Use effective negotiating and sales tactics to retain memberships and secure fleet agreements
- Communicate any equipment deficiencies observed or reported
- Report when loading procedures and safety guidelines are not adhered to
- Be a WOW Carwash Ambassador by holding self to WOW standards during all interactions while representing the company, over the phone or via written communications
- Convey and be knowledgeable of the brand pillars: Advanced Technology, Environmental Dedication, and Social Engagement
- Assist the Guest Relations Manager with inventory management
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate)
- Good telephone manner to enhance relationships with Team Members and Guests
- Outgoing and friendly to provide a high level of service
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong understanding of the services offered, including membership plans and fleet programs
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual Required
