Job Description
Summary: Woke Chicago is a trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness nonprofit serving youth and communities across Chicago. They are seeking a thoughtful, organized, and community-oriented intern to support the operational and event coordination systems that help their programs run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Community event coordination and logistics
- Volunteer communication and tracking
- Yoga Sundays summer event support
- Organizing backend systems and operational workflows
- Scheduling and administrative support
- Spreadsheet and contact management
- Eventbrite and communications support
- Helping strengthen nonprofit systems and organization
- Supporting community-centered wellness programming
