We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Executive Housekeeper to join our brand-new Microtel Inn & Suites in Nephi. What do we expect from you?
• 1+ year of housekeeping experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Comfortable using computers (Excel & property systems)
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (Spanish is a plus!)
• Professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
Requirements
As our Executive Housekeeper, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations—leading your team and ensuring every guest room and common area meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the housekeeping & laundry team day-to-day
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members
• Ensure that the Housekeeping and Laundry team members are properly trained in cleaning standards, safety, and chemical use
• Monitor each team member's productivity, quality, and performance
• Conduct daily team huddles to keep everyone aligned and motivated
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain a positive, energized, and accountable work environment
• Ensure consistent communication with management and all other hotel departments
Salary Description
Starting pay $19–$21/hr -Depending on Experience
