Job Description
1. Technical Support and Problem Resolution:
\- Execute RMA defective product (Failure Analysis-FA) analysis. Provide improvement suggestions to help enhance product quality.
\- Analyze and diagnose customers' technical issues, offering effective solutions.
2. Outsourcing/Site Training and Education:
\- Conduct training for outsourcing partners/sites to ensure thorough understanding and effective use of products, and audit operational quality.
\- Write and update technical documents and user manuals to help resolve common issues.
3. Internal Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
\- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure technical issues are resolved promptly.
\- Share technical knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the team.
4. Product Testing and Feedback:
\- Participate in the testing and validation of new products to ensure they meet customer requirements.
\- Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing improvement suggestions to the product development team.
5. Technical Project Management:
\- Manage technical projects within your area of expertise, coordinate tasks and resources, and ensure timely project completion.
\- Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues to help them improve their technical skills.
