Job Description 1. 自動化測試設備設計與優化： - 依據產品測試需求，協助設計與優化自動化測試設備，提升測試效率與準確性。 - 使用常見工程繪圖與設計工具（如AutoCAD、SolidWorks）進行設備零件繪製與修改。 2. 新產品導入設備規劃與安裝： - 參與新產品導入（NPI）階段，協助規劃、安裝與調校測試設備，確保測試流程順利銜接量產。 - 配合工程師進行現場測試與調整，解決初期設備異常。 3. 設備日常維護與故障排除： - 依照標準作業程序執行設備日常保養、維護與簡易修復，確保生產線設備穩定運作。 - 協助記錄與分析設備異常數據，並提出初步改善建議。 4. 技術文件撰寫與更新： - 撰寫與更新設備操作手冊、維護紀錄及相關技術文件，確保文件正確性與可追溯性。 5. 跨部門協作與人員培訓： - 配合研發、製造、品保等部門，協助解決生產過程中設備相關的技術問題。 - 協助培訓產線操作人員正確使用與維護測試設備。 Education Work Experience Language Skills Assigning Employees, Documentation Generation, Employee Conflict Resolution, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance Evaluations, Employee Retention, Engineering Management, Equipment Inspection, Evaluating Staff, Failure Reporting Analysis And Corrective Action Systems, Industrial Production Management, Manufacturing Process Management, Onboarding, Organizational Effectiveness, Production Equipment, Production Management, Production Scheduling, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Training and Development
