Job Description
Summary: Wiglesworth-Rindom Insurance is an independent agency headquartered in downtown Stuart, Florida, serving clients across South Florida since 2004. They are seeking an Insurance Account Associate who will handle service requests, manage renewals, and build relationships with clients, ultimately transitioning into a licensed agent role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle service requests and manage renewals
- Build real relationships with clients
- Learn the insurance business from the ground up
- Earn your Florida insurance license within 6 to 12 months and transition into a licensed agent role
Required Qualifications:
- You've worked in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role and want a career with a real future
- You're organized, accurate, and someone who catches mistakes before they become problems
- You're comfortable working in a role where processes and structure guide your day
