Customer Service Associate, Electronics

Summary: WHSmith North America is a leading global travel retailer with over 1,700 stores across 30 countries. The Customer Service Associate will provide excellent service to customers in a timely, courteous, and friendly fashion while maximizing sales and assisting with store upkeep. Responsibilities: - Handles each customer in a courteous and gracious manner - Maximize sales by achieving add-on sales and recommendations - Knowledge of the store’s stock; stock varies by store location - Assists in the upkeep of the store by maintaining store displays and merchandising - Assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise - Replenish backstock to maintain appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor - Markdown merchandise as needed - CSA’s may be designated as a Keyholder- Keyholders are assigned the responsibility of having keys to store.
