Job Description
Summary: Whatnot is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, enabling users to buy, sell, and discover various products. The Warehouse Agent will be responsible for order fulfillment, hand authentication of collectibles, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving and collaboration with other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound items
- Hand authenticate valuable collectibles such as Funko Pops, trading cards, etc
- Issue buyer’s product returns based on defective/damaged items
- Managing product inventory
- Host Whatnot live streams to liquidate warehouse inventory
- Package items with precision and in a timely manner
- Good physical endurance and stamina including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs. Able to twist, pull, push, bend, and stand for lengths of time
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of microsoft office programs used to process orders, manage inventory, and analyze data
- Assess then resolve issues utilizing a variety of systems, processes and technology (Asana, Zendesk, CRM, etc,.)
- Research and investigate new products, listings, sellers and quality concerns
- Work with other departments to research and resolve open questions
- Collaborate with management to improve systems and supply chain efficiency
- Make quick and financially sound decisions around inventory and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company with integrity, honor, and professionalism
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with parcel delivery, marketplace sellers, vendors, social media or supply chain operations
- Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations
- Warehouse located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Reliable transportation required
- Ambitious, go getter, creative

Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 year degree required plus 1-3 years of experience working in a retail warehouse, stockroom, authenticating collectibles/sneakers/etc
