Project Analyst Intern Summer 2026

Summary: Westinghouse Electric Company is a leader in the global nuclear energy industry, focused on providing safe, clean, and efficient energy solutions. The Project Analyst intern will manage master data within SAP, perform administrative tasks for payroll processing and invoice creation, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Responsibilities: - Help with Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project Systems - You will help with creation and release of Network Activities and Job Codes for value contracts - Help with Invoicing reconciliation and support - Support continuous improvement through root cause identification and resolution - Help troubleshoot and resolve EP1 systems and process issues according to Service level agreements and our requirements - Support a culture of learning and cooperation through proactive engagement and resource sharing Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or human resources - Minimum GPA of 3.0 - Completed Sophomore year of college - Familiar with basic accounting formulas and terms - Interested in data management & analytics - Interested in working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing) Required Skills: SAP, Sales Orders, Project Systems, Network Activities, Job Codes, Invoicing reconciliation, Root cause identification, EP1 systems Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer., We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices., This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
