Operations Processor, Global Payments & Liquidity (Quality Assurance) Location: TAGUIG CITY, 00 About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor. This role is responsible for activities that support the operational infrastructure, performance, and efficiency. In this role, you will: Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices Collect data and prepare related operational reports Prepare input forms for automated data processing system Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties Coordinate projects Furnish information to authorized persons Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation Required Qualifications: 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: College graduate Over one (1) year of experience in Operations in a back-office setting or environment either from a Financial Services, Shared Services or BPO Over one (1) year of experience in one or a combination of the following: Sales, Sales Support, General Banking, or Direct Client Contact Over one (1) year of Quality Analyst or Quality Assurance background, preferred Knowledgeable with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Macro tools Working knowledge of reporting tools and systems Analytics, Research, MS Excel, VBA, Macros, Pivot, Controls Sales, Client Support and / or Quality experience, preferred Job Expectations: Amenable to work mid-shift or US shift (Monday-Friday) Amenable to work onsite at 5NEO BGC Partners with Aligned Sales Analysts on an individual basis to assist with creating account structures Performing proximity studies and post implementation reviews; preparing relationship review presentations and submitting maintenance requests A successful Operations Analyst will deliver high quality, client-focused solutions when preparing and completing their assigned tasks and/or presentations Accurate and timely input of data into various systems and applications Analysis, manipulation and scrubbing of excel based reports Assisting with the development of sales presentations and proposals Posting End Date: 16 Jun 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
