Job Description
Summary: Weaver is a full-service national accounting, advisory and consulting firm that values a collaborative workplace culture. The Tax Services Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the tax department, including managing correspondence, reports, and day-to-day office operations while ensuring professionalism in client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the tax department
- Typing correspondence
- Formatting and generating reports
- Filing
- Assembling and processing deliverables
- Handling the day-to-day operations of their office
- Distributing incoming mail
- Preparing outgoing mail
- Printing
- Performing budgeting and finance duties
- Submitting invoices
- Interacting with clients via telephone and in person
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 + years administrative experience
- Punctuality and dependability
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
- Professional appearance and manner
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Executive administrative experience is highly desirable
