Guest Experience Associate

Summary: European Wax Center is seeking vibrant and energetic individuals to join their team as Aesthetic Sales Consultants, also known as Guest Experience Associates. In this role, you will enhance the guest experience by sharing expertise on services and products while driving sales through guest engagement and outreach. Responsibilities: - Share the magic of our services, products, and wax passes with guests, while enhancing the Guest Experience - Analyze guest profiles and collaborate with passionate Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities and your sales potential - Participate in engaging guest outreach to bring the experts in waxing back to the forefront of your community - Turn your passion for the beauty industry into a rewarding sales career with excellent growth potential Required Qualifications: - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor - Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position! - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends - Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability - Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition - Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods - Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms - Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications: - 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred Required Skills: Sales, Customer service, Key holder responsibilities, Use of tablets, Use of phones, Use of computers, Use of copiers, Outgoing disposition, Personable disposition Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, and Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off Program, Discounts on Waxing Services and Retail Products, Best in class training and continuous education
