What you'll do...
Are you interested in building the future of Walmart Fulfillment Services? As a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of WFS Seller Success strategy through data-driven decision-making, predictive modeling, and strategic business insights.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact analytics projects that directly influence business growth, profitability, operational efficiency, seller performance, and long-term scalability. You will partner closely with leaders and cross-functional teams across Marketing, Seller Acquisition, Account Management, Product Management, Data Science, and
Operations to identify opportunities, solve complex business problems, and deliver actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong analytical, statistical, and data modeling capabilities. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, working through ambiguity, and translating complex data into clear, compelling stories for senior leaders and business partners.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will help drive measurable impact across the WFS seller lifecycle, including seller acquisition, seller growth, performance management, and retention. You will be responsible for building scalable analytics frameworks, developing models and algorithms, and identifying insights that help improve seller satisfaction and business outcomes.
You will make an impact by:
Constructing and continuously optimizing a unified seller satisfaction score to
improve seller acquisition, growth, and retention.
Developing scalable analyses and strategic recommendations that can be applied across a broad network of sellers.
Establishing goals and performance monitoring systems for top-tier sellers.
Identifying key drivers of seller performance and uncovering opportunities to
maximize seller potential.
Tracking performance across each stage of the seller acquisition journey.
Capturing seller challenges and feedback, then developing strategies to address barriers and improve outcomes.
Partnering with data science teams to build models that forecast seller attrition and identify early warning signals.
Creating strategies to reduce seller attrition and improve long-term seller
engagement.
Designing, building, and implementing predictive models, algorithms, and statistical techniques that support strategic priorities.
Preparing and delivering clear, compelling, data-driven presentations for senior
leadership and cross-functional partners.

Creative problem-solving skills: You can operate with minimal direction,
proactively monitor the business, identify opportunities, ask the right questions, and propose practical solutions.
Strong analytics and modeling experience: You have a deep understanding of
analytics, data modeling, and eCommerce business dynamics. Experience with data engineering is a plus.
Ability to build and improve models: You can support the development,
implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement of models, algorithms, proofs of concept, and prototypes.
Data storytelling expertise: You can turn complex analysis into simple, compelling narratives that influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Continuous improvement mindset: You know how to create performance tracking frameworks and use them to improve models, algorithms, and business outcomes over time.
Cross-functional collaboration skills: You can identify use cases across teams, align stakeholders, and partner with senior leaders to develop data analysis strategies and anticipate future trends.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
