What you'll do... Full Lifecycle Recruiting & Sourcing Excellence Own the end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle for professional and corporate roles, from intake through offer acceptance. Lead proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels) to build and maintain diverse, high‑quality candidate pipelines for priority and hard‑to‑fill roles. Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and business needs, advancing qualified talent efficiently through the process.
