- Frontline Operations: Safely execute truck loading/unloading and marine tanker discharges.
- First-Line Maintenance: Troubleshoot terminal assets (pumps, valves, piping), perform routine shift maintenance, and prepare equipment for engineering projects.
- Logistics & Quality: Maintain strict product quality specifications and liaise with independent surveyors and transport drivers.
- Terminal Readiness: Participate in emergency response protocols and seasonal wet season/cyclone preparedness.
Your Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating under strict regulatory frameworks.
- Trade & Education: Trade qualification in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Mechanical Fitting, or Process Operations (Cert III/IV) is highly desirable.
- Certifications: High-Risk Work Licences (Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Forklift) are highly regarded.
- Industry Background: 2–3 years of operational experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Refining, or Marine Shipping.
- MHF Exposure: Prior experience within a Major Hazard Facility and familiarity with NT WorkSafe compliance is a distinct advantage.
- Shift Readiness: Proven ability to work a flexible 24/7 rotating 12-hour roster and a commitment to ongoing learning.
What We Offer
- Financial Perks: Competitive casual rates, generous parental leave, education assistance, and novated lease options.
- Career Growth: Access to global training and professional development.
- Health & Wellbeing: Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness initiatives and recognitions
- On-Site Comforts: Free on-site parking and a fully stocked kitchen (coffee, snacks, and food).
