Job Description
Summary: ViB is a demand generation partner for B2B technology companies, focusing on driving awareness and improving lead generation. They are looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative to support the sales team by managing customer communications, streamlining processes, and enhancing sales efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client emails promptly and professionally, maintaining a white-glove service experience
- Support the sales process with task-oriented execution, from prospecting to reporting
- Manage Salesforce data cleanliness, ensuring organized and accurate account records
- Track and report on customer program performance, preparing insights for client reviews
- Maintain client-level spreadsheets to track orders, targeting, and performance metrics
- Support prospecting and outreach activities, including LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Monitor news and updates related to key customers to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate across teams to ensure clients are properly segmented and suppressed from overlapping outreach
- Pace and maintain the sales calendar to ensure timely follow-ups and campaign execution
- Manage internal notes, scratchpads, and community counts for sales reps
- Assist with sales admin functions like scheduling, report creation, and tracking outreach metrics
- Feed the sales team with new information and actionable insights quickly and accurately
- Support cross-functional communication between sales, marketing, and client success teams
Required Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Outreach, Slack, Asana, and Notion
- Skilled in LinkedIn outreach and general prospecting techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of HTML
