About the role At ViaBill, we are on a mission to redefine the way people shop online and in-store by providing simple and transparent payment and financing solutions. We are now looking for a Merchant Success Specialist to join our Commercial team in Copenhagen. You will play a key role in building and scaling strong relationships with thousands of merchants across Denmark. Your work will directly support merchant onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and growth through merchant programs, co-marketing initiatives, lifecycle communication, reporting, and product adoption. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced fintech scale-up in a highly cross-functional role where you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Product teams to create an exceptional merchant experience while contributing directly to ViaBill’s commercial growth.
