Translate technical and operational needs into solution designs, system requirements, integration patterns, and implementation plans
Partner with software engineers, data engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable and secure digital solutions
Define and evaluate agent workflows, orchestration logic, prompt patterns, tool usage, and knowledge retrieval approaches for enterprise applications
Support development of solutions leveraging large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, APIs, and enterprise data services
Analyze existing systems, data flows, and technical architectures to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and modernization
Contribute to the design of data pipelines, integration frameworks, and system interoperability models supporting agentic platforms
Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, validation, and compliance requirements in a regulated biotechnology environment
Establish technical standards, performance measures, and operational monitoring approaches for deployed solutions
Evaluate emerging AI, cloud, and automation technologies and recommend practical applications within CGT
Support production readiness, testing strategy, release planning, and continuous improvement of technical solutions
Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert for agentic solution capabilities within the CGT digital ecosystem
Knowledge and Skills:
Hands-on experience working with AI/ML-enabled applications, enterprise platforms, system integrations, or intelligent automation solutions
Experience defining and supporting the implementation of technical architectures, APIs, data flows, and workflow automation patterns
Strong understanding of large language models, agentic systems, orchestration concepts, or applied AI solution design
Experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, data, and product teams in Agile or product-based delivery environments
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work across complex enterprise ecosystems
Familiarity with compliance, security, data governance, and validation considerations in regulated environments
Technical Skills Required:
Large language model application design and AI solution analysis
Agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and prompt design concepts

Technical documentation, solution design, and systems troubleshooting
Preferred Skills:
Advanced degree in a technical or scientific discipline
Experience in Cell and Gene Therapy, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, or laboratory environments
Experience with conversational AI, agent frameworks, enterprise copilots, or generative AI platforms
Familiarity with GxP systems, CSV, validation processes, and regulated platform deployment
Experience working with cloud-native architectures, data engineering pipelines, or MLOps practices
Ability to operate as a technical lead across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
