Data Analytics/CMMS Intern

The Data Analytics/CMMS Intern will gain hands-on experience in various functions and will be responsible for collecting and compiling asset data, collaborating on projects, and producing insights based on analyses. Responsibilities: - Collect and compile Asset Data from various stations (HIllsdale, Westwood, Haworth) and the plant for upload into the HxGN system, ensuring adherence to hierarchy and naming structures - Collaborate with the local DBA on the implementation of QR codes and checklists for fire extinguisher routes at Hackensack and Haworth - Document the current and ideal status of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Executes tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements - Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility - May assist in research or special projects in a variety of areas in order to fulfill business initiatives and meet business objectives - May be asked to prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses - Produces findings and draws conclusions from analyses. Makes oral and written recommendations to management Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED is required - Working towards a four year degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math or a related major - Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, presentation and facilitation skills - Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships Important Skills: Data Analysis, Computerized Maintenance Management System Nice-to-Have Skills: Collaborative relationships, communication skills, Presentation skills
