Job Description
Summary: VCA Animal Hospitals is dedicated to prioritizing pet health and delivering excellent service. They are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to set the tone for client interactions, support patient care, and ensure smooth daily operations across two hospital locations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service—greet clients, answer phones, and guide visits
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to support hospital flow
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and client communication
- Clearly communicate services, recommendations, and fees; process payments
- Maintain accurate medical records, charts, and client correspondence
- Support a clean, safe, and organized hospital environment
- Work collaboratively with veterinary and technical teams
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in veterinary, medical, or high-volume customer service required
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable discussing services, recommendations, and fees with clients
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work across both Yucca Valley and 29 Palms locations
