At our headquarters in Veghel, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Commercial Sales Support Officer to strengthen our Distribution domain. In this role, you will be at the heart of our sales organization, ensuring that our teams worldwide have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.
You will play a key role in building and optimizing our Sales Support Office knowledge platform, making critical information easy to find, use, and apply. Your work will directly contribute to improving sales effectiveness across our global organization.
Your responsibilities
·Bring structure to complex information and make content easily accessible for our global sales teams.
·Build, maintain, and continuously improve our knowledge platform with relevant and high-quality sales content.
·Optimize tools and templates to increase sales efficiency and consistency.
·Support onboarding and training of new colleagues, working closely with our Learning & Development team.
·Collaborate with sales teams worldwide to keep our reference database accurate and up to date.
·Partner with Marketing & Communications to develop professional, customer-facing materials.
·Create and refine quotation templates used across the globe.
·Support in preparing compelling quotations and presentation packages for customer proposals.
What you bring
·A completed MBO (or equivalent) education.
·10+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar commercial support role.
·Experience with knowledge management systems, CRM tools, and working with structured content.
·A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
·Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working with multiple stakeholders and departments.
·Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
