Engineering Co-Op Fall

Summary: Valvoline Global Operations is a pioneering company in the automotive and industrial solutions industry. The Engineering Co-Op role involves working on process and safety improvement projects, software evaluation, and supporting manufacturing supply chain improvements. Responsibilities: - Participate and lead process and safety improvement projects focused in a production and packaging environment. This will include sourcing the project, collecting data/information, engineering design, sourcing solutions, and implementation (including MOC's & worker engagement) - Support global operations and the COE in software evaluation, design and implementation that will provide the manufacturing supply chain improvements in worker connectivity, data analytics, EHS/Quality/Productivity performance and support the Supply Chain 4.0 initiative - Delivering project’s results and presentation to stakeholders and upper management Required Qualifications: - A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking - A foundation in process engineering skills.
