Intern - Medical Records

Summary: US Fertility is the nation’s leading partnership of physician-led fertility practices, focused on redefining careers in reproductive medicine. The Medical Records Intern will be responsible for accurately entering patient information, managing data, and communicating effectively with patients and team members.
