Patient Care Coordinator

Summary: Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining daily operations of the clinic, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the clinic's growth through effective patient intake processes. Responsibilities: - Collect all money due at the time of service - Convert referrals into evaluations - Schedule patient visits - Customer Service - Create an inviting clinic atmosphere - Make all welcome calls - Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience - Manage schedule efficiently - Manage document routing - Manage personal overtime - Manage non-clinical documentation - Manage deposits - Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting - Monitor clinic inventory - Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates - Complete quarterly compliance training Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership - Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision - As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills Required Skills: Customer service, Insurance verification, Scheduling, Practice management, Document management, Use of office computer programs, Multitasking Benefits: Annual paid Charity Day to give back to a cause meaningful to you, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, 3-week Paid Time Off plus paid holidays, 401K + company match
