We are currently looking for anInside Sales Team Leaderto join our team. In this role, you will play a keypartin executing the company’s sales strategy by combining structured sales execution, strong customer engagement, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do
Lead, support, and develop an inside sales team to achieve shared goals and deliver consistent results
Build deep customer experience understanding and translate insights into effective, efficient service models
Drive performance through clear KPIs, structured processes, and data-driven decision-making
Review sales data toidentifytrends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Coach and guide team members to strengthen skills and support ongoing development
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer value
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective ways of working
Promote a team environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and sustainable results
Who you are
You have relevant education in a commercial field or equivalent experience, along with an understanding of technical or complex products
You have experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment with exposure to phone-based and digital sales
You have experience supporting or leading teams and helping others develop, ideally in a sales or customer-facing environment
Youdemonstrateability to drive change and continuously improve team performance
You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions
You haveproactive mindset with openness to change and continuous improvement in ways of working
You are flluent in English;additionalEuropean language skills are considered an advantage
You have experience working in or with a shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment, and experience or knowledge of the timber industry is considered a strong asset

Based in the UPM Business Hub Poland, this positionoperatesas an integral part of the wider sales organization in UPM Timber. You will work closely with Field Sales, Order Management, and other key stakeholders todeliver onbusiness targets and drive sustainable growth. The role focuses on value creation, disciplined sales execution, and ensuringa high levelof customer satisfaction, whilemaintainingadherence toestablishedsales processes and best practices.
The positionis located inUPM Business Hub Poland.
