Internship – New Ventures Operational Development (Fall 2026)

Summary: Universal Orlando Resort is seeking an intern for their New Ventures Operational Development program for Fall 2026. The intern will collaborate with professionals on project management, training, and operational development for new destinations, while supporting leadership in planning and enhancing strategies. Responsibilities: - The New Ventures Operational Development Intern will be key in helping us develop onboarding and operations strategies for new destinations - Cross departmental collaboration for multi department training plan creation - Development of communication tools for new destinations senior leadership - Inclusion in planning related to design discussions and general support of the NVOD team - Collects, analyzes, and updates existing New Ventures projects operational and onboarding plans - Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance TM engagement with research into local market trends Required Qualifications: - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities - Ability to present in front of others is required - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks - Ability to interact seamlessly between multiple levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications: - Leadership experience and Hospitality industry knowledge, management or oversight of multifaceted projects or operations - Familiarity with graphic design, Canva, and/or SharePoint design - Amusement/Theme Park or equivalent experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Project Management - Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development and Change, or MBA with specialization in Change Management Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Project Management Important Skills: Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Graphic Design, Hospitality Knowledge, Leadership Experience Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Fall Benefits: Housing financial assistance if applicable
