Internship – Halloween Horror Nights Wrist Banding (Fall 2026)

Summary: Universal Orlando Resort is offering an internship opportunity for the Halloween Horror Nights Wrist Banding team. The intern will assist with equipment readiness, inventory tracking, and data presentation for senior leadership, contributing to the overall guest experience during the event. Responsibilities: - Work with the Admissions HHN Stay & Scream Wrist Banding Team to, support the operation, track inventory levels and improve the Guest experience - Create Spreadsheets Tracking Inventory Counts and Dashboards reflecting the Wrist Banding Operation - Support the Operational Wrist Banding Team in the Field Required Qualifications: - In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above - Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required - A transcript is required upon application Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred majors include: Hospitality, Analytics, Business, or related - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft PowerPoint - Power BI - Positive, and hit the ground running attitude - Willing to work nights and weekends supporting a Marquee Event - Strong communication and written communication skills Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Power BI Important Skills: Microsoft Office, Data tracking Nice-to-Have Skills: communication, Positive attitude Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Fall Benefits: Housing financial assistance if applicable
