Summary: United Community is in search of a Teller I to join our team. As a Teller I, you will engage in a wide range of financial transactions and services for our valued customers, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing while fostering strong customer relationships through outstanding service. Responsibilities: - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services - Provide exceptional customer service - Maintain a balanced cash drawer - Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in a cash handling/customer service role - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills - Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check - This is a full-time, non-remote position Required Skills: Cash handling, Transaction processing, Banking regulations compliance
