Account Manager – Entry Level, Global IT Solutions Provider and MSP

Summary: TSRM Group is a global IT solutions provider seeking entry-level IT Sales Account Managers. This role involves building relationships with clients, prospecting new business, and delivering tailored IT solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities: - Develop new customer relationships using the Four Modes of prospecting - Determine if potential customers are the right fit by evaluating company size, key contacts, and IT spending potential - Maintain and nurture relationships with established customers to ensure repeat business and uncover new opportunities - Work with internal and external resources to craft tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs - Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training on the latest technologies and vendor offerings Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or in the completion process - Metric-based sales experience is a plus - Participated in varsity or club sports or was active participant in other extracurricular activities - Master of written and verbal communication, capable of establishing rapport quickly and crafting professional business communications - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to listen to and anticipate customer needs - Negotiation skills to secure the best deals for everyone involved - Ability to pivot on a dime, switching tasks as priorities shift - Self-motivated quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction Required Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Sales, Customer-Focused, Self-Motivated Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance
