Job Description
Summary: Trillium Health Resources is a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization serving 46 counties across North Carolina. They are seeking an Agile Product Analyst to ensure the operational efficiency of business systems, acting as a liaison between departments and overseeing User Acceptance Testing.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure business systems remain operational
- Act as liaison between multiple departments for business system operations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any upgrades to the business systems pursuant to the Agile flow
- Respond to tickets from the KACE System and record the issues and solutions in the KACE System
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organizational needs
Required Qualifications:
- Technical expertise in business systems management
- Experience in acting as a liaison between multiple departments
- Ability to oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience with ticketing systems, specifically KACE
- Skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining business systems functional architecture
- Ability to detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications
