Job Description
Summary: Treme-Parker is a national real estate investment and development firm specializing in multifamily, condo, and value-add repositioning strategies. They are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Real Estate Analyst Intern to support underwriting new acquisitions, preparation of investor materials, and financial due diligence across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Build and audit detailed Excel-based financial models including IRR, NPV, and cash flow forecasts for both acquisitions and dispositions
- Conduct submarket and property-level research to support underwriting assumptions and identify acquisition targets
- Track comparable sales, leasing activity, and pipeline opportunities across target markets
- Assist with preparation of investor-facing materials including pitch decks, PPMs, and investment committee memos
- Maintain and update CRM tools to track broker relationships, deal pipeline, and third-party vendor coordination
- Participate in the due diligence and closing processes alongside principals, legal counsel, and debt/equity partners
- Engage in macro/microeconomic research to support thesis-driven acquisition strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Completed or Currently Pursuing) in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in real estate analysis, investment sales, or acquisitions required (academic or professional)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CoStar, Yardi, or Argus a plus
- Deep understanding of core CRE concepts: Cap rates, IRR, equity multiple, DSCR, NOI, development pro forma structure, etc
- Exceptional attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and proactive communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- U.S. work authorization preferred
