Job Summary
The Director of Frontline Saleswill provide leadership to the day-to dayoperations of the Frontline Sales department, whilemaintainingfocus on the company’s strategic goals and initiatives. Responsible for the achievement of the established targetsin regards toVPG, net salesvolumeand closing percentage of the site.
HowYou’llShine:
Proactively contribute to and support efforts to attract, recruit,retain,trainand motivate a diverse Sales team.
Manage performance through the consistent application of performance management by: (1)establishingperformance goals and action plans for Sales management; (2) working with Sales management toestablishperformance goals and action plans for the Sales representatives.
Responsible for developing andmaintaininga strong work relationship with key business partners and associates within and outside ofTravel + Leisure
Ensure Sales and Marketing operations are integrated within the overall guest experience.
Ensure the highest level of customer service to current and prospective ownersin order tomaintaina positive brand image and company reputation
Performs other duties as needed

Minimum 2-3 years ofTravel + Leisuresales experience
Successful Sales Management experiencerequired
Strong ability to recruit, train, develop and motivate associates
Proven ability to manage significant responsibilities in afast pacedenvironment
Solid abilitymulti taskin and manage time to meet business needs
Ability to analyze and develop meaningful solutions for business opportunities
Strong conflict resolution skills
Proactive withidentifyingissues and determiningappropriate solutions
Ability to successfully collaborate with individuals on a regular basis
Ability to consistently hold team accountable to expectations and performance standards
Strong developer of people
Ability to maketimelyand sound decisions and solve problems by assessing relevant information, drawing onpast experienceand applying critical thinking to developan appropriate solution
