Job Description
Summary: Woodbine Manufacturing Co. is a leading manufacturer of liftgates, known for their innovative solutions that enrich lives. They are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist who will maintain a positive customer experience, respond to inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Process orders and requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provides professional customer support
- Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalate queries and concerns
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and 6-12 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel), Order Processing systems, Word Processing software (Word), Email Software (Outlook), Presentation software (PowerPoint)
