UNO Program – Building Our Team, Together
This is a moment for Toll
The UNO Program has moved from concept to commitment.
With formal approval now in place, UNO is entering mobilisation — the phase where plans become execution and people make the difference.
UNO is a finance‑first SAP S/4HANA transformation, replacing Unibis and addressing long‑standing system, control and sustainability risks. It is intentionally focused, risk‑led and disciplined — strengthening our foundations today while enabling future growth.
As we prepare to mobilise from August 2026, our priority is clear:
Build the right team, with the right capability, mindset and judgement — together.
Why internal talent comes first
UNO will shape how Finance and Corporate functions operate for years to come. It will also shape how Toll builds and retains enterprise transformation capability.
That’s why we are deliberately starting with our people.
We know that:
Toll’s strongest advantage is the experience, credibility and care our people bring
Transformations succeed when people feel part of the journey, not done to
UNO creates real opportunities for growth, visibility and career progression
It’s a chance to step into something meaningful, complex and highly visible.
What it feels like to work on UNO
People who join UNO will:
Work on a major SAP S/4HANA program with strong clean‑core, audit‑ready and risk‑based design principles
Operate in a high‑trust, high‑accountability environment, supported by clear governance and executive sponsorship
Collaborate across Finance, IT, the business and partners to shape future‑state ways of working
Build experience that is highly transferable across large, regulated and complex organisations
This is work that stretches you — technically, professionally and personally — while keeping you connected to Toll’s purpose.
