Job Description
Summary: TinyMobileRobots is a company focused on cutting-edge robotics and emerging technology. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to execute outbound sales strategies, generate leads, and support the National Sales Team in expanding market reach. The SDR will be responsible for scheduling customer demos, identifying upsell opportunities, and enhancing customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research and leverage A.I. to build contact lists for strategic outreach
- Execute outbound campaigns including structured phone and email engagement to prospective customers
- Contact prospective leads to verify stakeholder information and ensure data accuracy, maintaining CRM hygiene
- Qualify prospects and schedule live technology demonstrations for regional Territory Managers to execute
- Drive service revenue by identifying upsell opportunities with annual service agreements and ongoing maintenance packages
- Engage existing clients to sell field marking paint, robot accessories, specialized custom templates and identify older robots ready for replacement (transitioning customers to newer models)
- Support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation efforts by attending industry tradeshows and community events
- Utilize and maintain HubSpot CRM by logging customer touchpoints including calls, emails, sequences, and opportunities accurately in real-time
- Partner with Inside Sales Team Lead to continually optimize and refine outreach and sequencing strategies
- Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- Represent TinyMobileRobots US professionally and respectfully in all customer interactions
Required Qualifications:
- Possess 1–3 years of professional experience in inside sales, outbound lead generation, or B2B sales development; background in robotics, SaaS, or technical product sales is highly preferred
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with a polished and professional phone presence
- Exhibit tech-savviness with high proficiency in CRM management and the use of digital prospecting tools (HubSpot, Seamless A.I. etc)
- Maintain a highly resilient, self-motivated mindset with the ability to comfortably manage high outbound call volumes
- Meet location requirements by working reliably in a hybrid capacity out of the Kennesaw, GA office
- Ability and willingness to travel to live demonstrations, community events, and tradeshows when necessary
- Demonstrates attendance reliability and continually emphasizes a professional business acumen
- Possess High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Associates and/or Bachelor's degree will give you competitive edge)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in robotics, SaaS, or technical product sales is highly preferred
- Phone Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to Commute: Kennesaw, GA 30152 (Preferred)
