We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our Monetization Strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts for TikTok. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: 1. Support strategic initiatives for global markets through desk research, product analysis, and data interpretation 2. Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis, and contribute to the development of product and go-to-market strategies 3. Compile industry and thematic research reports with clear, data-driven conclusions and recommendations 4. Track industry trends, user behavior, and content ecosystems on a regular basis to identify emerging opportunities or risks 5. Deliver research insights to inform product positioning, feature prioritization, and content strategy decisions Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 1. Currently pursuing an MBA degree. 2. Solid understanding of basic industry research methodologies and strong logical thinking skills. 3. Highly self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about internet products, with a strong sense of curiosity. 4. Strong data analysis skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior internship experience in internet strategy, investment, or related fields. 2. Experience working with a global team. 3. Proficiency in Thinkcell and data platforms such as App Annie, QuestMobile, and Wind. Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $40- $40. ​ Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
