The Electronics Account Management team drives seller success across the e-commerce journey, from acquisition and onboarding to campaign execution and day-to-day account support. With strong operational expertise and stakeholder management capabilities, the team ensures seamless seller experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Assisting the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants. - Split role: 50% supporting account management work, 50% assisting assortment & seller hunting project initiatives, included: researching online and offline sources, built project processes, tracking progress and coordinating with other account managers - Managing sellers accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem solving, campaign status update and other operation related tasks. - Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. - Assisting the sellers during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update. - Other admin-related work and troubleshooting. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Actively enrolled university student with commitment to 5 working days per week for at least 6 months; preferably major in Economics & Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration. - Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and E-commerce. - Self-motivation to deliver tasks at best results as desirable timelines. - Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative - Analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools Preferred Qualification: - Collaborative and open to changes and challenges If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com Job Information About TikTok TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
