Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of compliance audit programs and compliance risk assessments.
Leverage data analytics to identify risks and evaluate mitigation proposals for products, projects, and/or initiatives to inform leadership’s business decisions and risk mitigation efforts.
Plan and monitor the overall progress of the program, ensure audit work adheres to internal and professional standards and reviews are completed timely, and continuously seek opportunities for audit process improvement.
Engage with internal stakeholders, including product and legal compliance leaders, to assess and evaluate complex regulatory frameworks, and evaluate their applicability to our entire suite of products.
Stay abreast of emerging compliance issues and serve as an internal controls expert resource and consultant.
Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics (any), Risk Management, Law, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics (any), Risk Management, Law, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Designing and executing audit programs for technology-related risk areas, including security and privacy audits, operational process reviews, system implementation reviews, and applications;
Managing integrated audits that address financial, operational and technology objectives;
Developing data analytics and data modeling solutions by gathering large and complex datasets using Python, SQL, or SAS to provide analytical insights for risk-based audit projects;
Using audit or risk methodologies and techniques to identify and implement new data solutions that improve effectiveness of the audits;
Performing risk assessments and identifying associated controls across business areas; and
Creating a common controls framework.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 20%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $217422 - $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
