Responsibilities

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.
The fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) team, where we focus on curating and scaling everyday consumer categories on TikTok Shop. We work closely with brands and creators to deliver engaging, data-driven strategies that shape how users discover and shop on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the growth of a portfolio of SMB sellers within the Grocery category, including but not limited to Food & Beverages and Homecare Supplies.
- Track, monitor, and analyze seller and category performance to identify business trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update performance dashboards and trackers; experience with SQL or data querying tools is a plus.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and drive small-to-medium sized projects from inception to completion.
- Support seller onboarding, growth initiatives, and operational excellence projects to improve category performance.
- Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Act as a key coordinator for category-level projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student who is able to commit at least 3 months, preferably in a business administration/management or data analytics major.
- Experience with Excel, Data Analytical tool.
- Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project management skills to manage cross-function stakeholders is a plus
- Dynamic, proactive, and eager to go beyond assigned duties to support team success
